Dragonfly Eligibility Paperwork

Parents/Athletes,

We are using a new system for eligibility papework called DragonFly.  Please visit dragonflymax.com in order to complete all the necessary papework and upload physicals.  All forms and physicals must be completed prior to tryouts/practice.  If you have any questions, please contact one of the Athletic Directors.
